Safety micro-courses (e.g., CUSAT, CCSAT, CCSET) are already priced at $9.99 and are not eligible for the Alumni discount. Their low fixed cost already represents the best value for quick annual refreshers.
How to Request Your Alumni Renewal Coupon
Renewals are processed manually to verify eligibility and prevent expired enrollments from being renewed at full price. Here’s how to get your coupon:
- Go to the official IAQCert Support page.
- Submit a short request under Alumni Renewal Rate and include your name, email, and order key (found in your profile → Orders section).
- Our support team will verify your active certificate and issue a one-time renewal coupon code.
- Apply the coupon during checkout before completing your renewal — coupons cannot be added after payment.
Important: The Alumni Renewal Rate must be applied prior to checkout. Renewals completed at full price cannot be adjusted or refunded retroactively.
