Grandfather Clause: Continuing Your Course Without New Prerequisites
We recently restructured our curriculum, which introduced new prerequisite requirements for certain courses. If you are currently enrolled and suddenly find yourself blocked by a prerequisite that was not required when you initially registered, please do not worry. You are covered by our grandfather clause.
Eligibility Any student who enrolled in their current course prior to February 13, 2026, is exempt from these new prerequisite requirements.
How to Bypass the Prerequisite To resolve this and continue your training, you must submit a ticket through our support system at https://iaqcert.com/support/.
In your support ticket, please include:
- The specific course you are currently locked out of.
- Your order key.
- A brief note mentioning the new prerequisite block.
Once we receive your ticket, our team will verify your enrollment date. If you qualify, we will apply a special authorization to your account, waiving the prerequisite so you can complete your course uninterrupted.
