Holiday Support Notice: IAQCert

IAQCert will be closed for the holidays from January 20th through January 5th.

While our website and course platforms remain fully functional, our support team will be offline during this time.

Important Information for Students:

• Support: Phone lines and support tickets will not be monitored.
• Certificates: If you pass your exam, your wall-mount certificate will be available for immediate download.
• ID Cards: Because ID cards require manual verification and authorization by our staff, they will not be processed or sent out until we return the week of January 6.

We will begin responding to all inquiries and processing ID cards in the order they were received once we reopen.
