IAQCert ID Card Verification and Certification Updates for 2026
At IAQCert, maintaining the credibility of our certifications is not optional, it is foundational. As we enter 2026, we are happy to share an important update with our students, graduates, and future members.
All student verifications, certification reviews, and official ID card issuances are now fully up to date. This includes students who completed their courses during the Christmas vacation period, as well as those who enrolled and passed more recently. Our system is now completely caught up and current.
How IAQCert ID Cards Are Created and Verified
IAQCert ID cards are not automatically generated. Every single ID card issued goes through a manual, multi-step verification process to ensure accuracy and trust.
Each certification is reviewed by hand to confirm:
- Course completion status
- Assessment results
- Student identity and enrollment records
- Certification eligibility and expiration details
Once verified, each ID card is manually created and issued, one at a time. This process takes significantly more time than automated systems, but it is essential. Our ID cards are designed to be trusted by employers, property managers, regulatory bodies, and clients across the indoor air quality and environmental safety industries.
Accuracy matters, and cutting corners would compromise the integrity of the IAQCert name.
You can learn more about our technician certifications here:
- Certified Indoor Air Quality Testing Technician (CIAQTT)
- Certified Mold Inspection Technician (CMIT)
- Certified Mold Remediation Technician (CMRT)
- Certified Ventilation Inspection Technician (CVIT)
- Certified Green Building Technician (CGBT)
Each of these certifications follows the same strict verification and ID issuance standards.

In an industry where trust, documentation, and professional credibility are essential, manual verification remains one of the strongest safeguards we offer.
